Description
Wild lilies after the showy orange bloom show more of their true colors and lines. The entire rainbow is exposed in the twisted, gnarled and dried out petals of the once bloom. These amazing summer flowers are all over Indiana and have always been one of my favorites. While the Asian and Oriental Lily blooms do dry out and curl a bit, it's the wild version that seems to show it off the best.

Pamela,this appeared to me at first as a dancing flower,so lovely..then my eyes adjusted and I saw that it is a flower slightly curled. It has a great effect!!
