At first glance, it's the bright orange colors of the leaves in fall, but I really was attracted to the bark of the tree. The almost abstract lines and rough texture of the layered tree bark in earth colors make a perfect backdrop for those hot colored leaves of fall. It was a Trunk Show on my fall walk in Indiana.
