Title
Queen of State
Artist
Pamela Clements
Medium
Drawing - Colored Pencil
Description
The cardinal is the state bird of Indiana and most recognizable by it's bright red color year round. The female actually has more colors and is often overlooked when speaking of the state title so as she decided to preside over the last snow of the season with the same exasperation as the rest of us, I knew she needed to be recognized as well.
